Cancellation Policy

Thank you for your interest in working together. The following outlines key details for booking food styling, photography, and creative direction services. Booking & Payment A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your shoot date. The remaining balance is due prior to final delivery. Projects are not confirmed until both a signed agreement and deposit are received. Scope & Deliverables Each project is custom-scoped. Deliverables, timelines, and usage will be outlined in your proposal. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Creative Direction All projects are executed with a strong creative vision. Final decisions regarding styling, lighting, and composition are guided by The Artful Gourmet to ensure a cohesive, high-quality result. Usage & Licensing All imagery is licensed for agreed-upon use (typically web, social, and marketing). Extended usage such as paid advertising, packaging, or large-scale campaigns may require additional licensing. Rescheduling & Cancellations A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a new date (subject to availability). Production Costs Additional costs such as props, ingredients, assistants, or studio rentals may be billed separately or included in your estimate. Turnaround Delivery timelines will be provided per project. Rush delivery may be available upon request. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing project details, brand guidelines, and timely feedback to ensure a smooth production process. Portfolio Use The Artful Gourmet reserves the right to share project work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed. By booking, you agree to these terms.
